“Early Life Lessons Taught Fredonia’s Luke Rivera the Importance of Giving Back”

An article published by the Hockey Humanitarian Award organization on their website celebrating the efforts of Dana’ son, Luke, to create “Stroke Awareness Night” at his college, Fredonia State University, where Luke attends school and plays varsity hockey. Luke’s successful launch of “Stroke Awareness Night,” a charity event he hopes continues long into the future, earned him the organization’s annual Hockey Humanitarian Award.
